The newpost-graduate sales programme start in early 2009 and isopen to graduates from Gen-i’s Sales Academy. It consistsof four modules on relationship management, strategicmarketing, global marketing and ‘action learning’ wherestudents apply their studies in their daily work. The 18-24month programme is designed around Gen-i’s salespeople’sjobs, using case studies relevant to converged technologyand telecommunications, and classes held at Gen-i’soffices.
