NXP Appoints Experienced Semiconductor Sales Leader

Joining NXP from a global sales position at National
Semiconductor, Michael’s role will focus on
leading NXP’s worldwide sales and marketing
teams to strengthen the go-to-market strategy and execution in order to
achieve both revenue growth and value creation at new and current
customers. “Mike has a proven track record as a global
sales leader, and a wealth of experience in growing revenue profitably,
by aligning semiconductor technologies, application insights, to the

Michael joins NXP directly from his role as Senior Vice President of
Worldwide Sales at National Semiconductor, which he joined in 2001 to
run the Wired Communications, PC and Networking, and Interface Groups.

Paul Gettings has joined the company as Executive Vice President of
Worldwide Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. Reporting directly
to Sheldon Malchicoff, DEX’s chairman and CEO,
Gettings is overseeing the company’s sales,
marketing, and business development. Gettings comes to DEX from industry giant UPS, where he was the Vice
President, Customer Support and Global Management. During his tenure
with UPS, he held other key executive roles including Vice President of
Global Sales, Vice President, Americas Region Business Development, and
Sr. Vice President, Customer Solutions. He has more than twenty years of
experience in the supply chain industry with emphasis on reverse
logistics, distribution centers and freight transportation on a global
basis.

manager of Legent’s system management business
and helped with the successful acquisition of the company by Computer
Associates. Campbell was also previously the vice president and business

Unitrends’ sales and marketing operations
worldwide. During the past eight years, Knight served in executive sales
and marketing roles at McAfee, Sage Software and Deep Nines. During this
time he developed a reputation for creating effective lead generation
strategies and channel partner programs, building successful sales
teams, and working closely with channel partners to drive growth and
