King was named executive vice president —
sales and marketing, and Keith S. Kelson executive vice president and
chief financial officer, replacing Mitch C. Hill, who is leaving the
company effective November 1, 2008, as previously announced. King, who brings a successful track record of more than 20 years of
healthcare sales and marketing leadership, will report directly to
President and CEO Kip Hallman in this newly created role. Prior to this
appointment, he served as director and vice president of sales of
Irvine, Calif.

She also served as the president and owner of
TLC Marketing, a US-based consulting firm that specialized in developing
sales and marketing programs for such companies as Pay by Touch Payment
Solutions, CardService International, and Nova Information Systems. Lopes holds a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration from
Augustana College. iPay Technologies has also appointed Alix Hoffman as Senior Vice
President of Sales. Hoffman brings nearly 30 years of banking and
Internet-based financial services experience to iPay Technologies. He is
responsible for managing iPay Technologies’
sales organization, which includes direct sales, existing client sales,
as well as sales operations and lead generation.

Ickert joined Hutchinson Technology in 2007 and has served as the European business manager for the BioMeasurement Division. Prior to that, he worked for Toshiba Medical Systems GmbH for 14 years. He served as director of customer care and marketing communications for Germany from 2004 to 2007. He also held management positions in marketing and sales promotion for Europe, Germany and Austria.
