NAVIGON Announces Additions to Its Sales and Marketing Team

As part of these changes, Matt Corich has been named director of consumer
sales for North America. Corich brings an extensive background in the consumer
electronics marketplace and a strong history in retail account management. Corich comes to NAVIGON from LG Electronics, where he was a member of the
National Accounts Team. Prior to LG Electronics he held a variety of sales
positions at Panasonic, RCA and Sony. “Matt has such an exceptional background, he’ll be a valuable member of
our team from day one,” said Michael Roach, president for the Americas.

Sales in North America increased 10% on strength in the retail cereals andsnacks segment. International sales growth was up 9% on the weaker dollar,acquisitions and differences in the number of shipping days. Kellogg, which said full-year earnings should approach the high end of itstarget, has successfully passed rising commodity costs to consumers as soaringgrain prices earlier this year had boosted the price of cereals. Grain costshave fallen substantially the past several months. The company has been pouring money into advertising for staple cereals such asCorn Flakes and Rice Krispies in hopes that a strong marketing push willincrease sales, which could further benefit as consumers stay home to savemoney, rather than eat out, in uncertain economic times.
