Franklin & Seidelmann Adds Richard Dyke to Senior Management Team …

In this new position, Dyke will be responsible for new client acquisition
strategies, including direct sales activities and new business development
through industry partner channels, strategic marketing, brand development and
communications. Dyke brings more than 20 years of experience in sales,
marketing and business leadership. Prior to joining F&S, Dyke spent 15 years in sales and sales management at
EMC Corporation, where he drove more than $500 million in annual sales as
EMC’s Western Regional Vice President. Dyke also has held positions with
Storage Networks, Inc. as a director of sales, and with Stentor, Inc. as vice
president of sales.

during the quarter. Stores and distribution expense, as a percentage of sales, increased 660

expense, as a percentage of sales, increased 100 basis points to 11.

employees on November, 1st 2007, today 141 people are employed
by Devgen India. About 70 additional people will be hired between

* Production acreage under contract for the 2009 season triples the
