After becoming president and CE in 2004 Marcotte set a goal to reach $500 million in revenue in five years. Through its own sales and marketing efforts the company reached its goal one year early. In 2008 alone the company completed more than 1900 separate demand-generation marketing activities which contributed to a record 26000 sales leads for its vendor partners which represents the majority of all opportunities that come through DLT.
