Quad-City-based Mel Foster Co. reported its home sales in Iowawere up 9 percent from May and up 17 percent in Illinois in thesame period. The company’s total sales were up 4 percent last monthcompared with June 2008. “Momentum is gaining each month” said Kris Ratigan MelFoster’s marketing director.
